It's easy to let our beauty routines slip in the winter. Bad hair days can easily be hidden under the season's latest hat, dry (and hairy!) legs can be kept under wraps with jeans or trousers and glorious long winter boots, and a slap-dash manicure is hidden with soft leather gloves.
All handy excuses, but ones your skin will not easily forgive you for the following spring and summer time when you'll want to start revealing a little more.
The trick is, to keep up with your regular exercise and beauty routines by doing a little each day to help your skin survive the cold, dry days of winter.
