Liz Earle's name was a blast from the past when we opened up a recent copy of Vogue magazine. The article on Liz prompted us to try some of her new products - and are we sure glad we did! Her beauty line was introduced some 6 or 7 years ago and has expanded greatly in the last few years. We wanted to test the products of this savvy beauty editor and household name in the beauty department. Her products contain botannicals and claim to give outstanding results.
First up is Liz's Smoothing Line Serum. This clear gel is to be used around the eye area every night. Mark our words, a little goes a long way to don't overdo it. This product glides on smoothly and feels great. After nearly two weeks of nightly use, the eye area really did feel tighter. While it didn't make lines disappear, it has a certain smoothing quality about it. The skin around my eyes definitely looks firmer. This is a good product where a little goes a long way, it is refreshing and feels completely weightless on the skin. A winner in our book!

The next product from the Liz Earle range that we tested was the Brightening Treatmeant Mask. Who can resist using a mask when you have a big party or special evening coming up? We all love to relax in the bath with a mask on our face and inevitably end up leaving it on for more than the recommended time. And that's exactly how I tested Liz Earl'e Brightening Treatment mask. This mask left my skin gleaming and squeaky clean. It felt smooth and comfortably and non-drying. It seemed to help the circulation as my face had a rosy glow for a while after removing the mask. We loved it, and this too gets our stamp of approval.
It's not that easy to get hold of Liz's products in the shop, but we understand that more retail outlets will open soon. Meanwhile you can order easily from her user-friendly website, and if you get stuck leave them a message. Their customer services department rang me within 24 hours of my message and solved my problem. Top marks there! We think the overseas shipping charge is a little hefty, although the products arranged very well packaged and presented.
